Cyama welcomes you. Cyama provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Cyama owned or operated services, you and Cyama shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Spam Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
Cyama provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools like groups,networks, forums, personalized content. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Cyama properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Cyama assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Cyama has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Cyama has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Cyama is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users.
Community Standards, Content Policy, and Terms of Service
Cyama is a community-based site. Our standards and content reflect the Christian values and norms of morality, mutual respect, tolerance, truth, honesty, and the freedom of rights.
We accept that freedom of expression does not occur in isolation or without responsibility. We affirm that each of us has an obligation towards this community that we have chosen to be part of. We will strive to build a true community of spirit and purpose based upon mutual respect.
We acknowledge that society is rooted in biases, misinformation, and misunderstandings. Our aim is to foster tolerance, knowledge, and understanding within members of this community.
We recognize the right of every individual to make contributions in accordance to their personal beliefs, to express an idea and to disagree with an alternative point of view. We encourage open discussions, communication, and debate as opposed to personal attacks or arguments. We promote open expression, individuality, and diversity within the bounds of courtesy, sensitivity, and respect.
We will not tolerate any manifestations of discrimination. We welcome all people; regardless of race, creed, lifestyle choice, social circumstances, and political viewpoints that agree to abide by the following codes of conduct.
1. You will not post any material that is knowingly false, misleading or inaccurate.
2. You will not use this site or its tools to violate any laws or to discuss illegal activity.
3. You will not use profanity on this site, neither will you use language, or upload media content that is obscene, sexually oriented, sexually suggestive, bigoted, judgmental of lifestyle choice, physical impairment, political beliefs or social circumstances. Nor will you provide links to sites that contain such content.
4. You will not behave in an abusive or hateful manner, and will not harass, threaten, bully or attack anyone.
5. You will respect other peoples’ rights to personal privacy. You will not publicize any other persons identifying information on the site other than your own.
6.You will not post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations, all of which are inappropriate and prohibited on this site unless (with regard to advertisements) under contract. You will not collect personal information about Cyama’s members for the purpose of sending them any such advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations through other means (email, messaging programs, etc.).
7.You will, if asked by a representative of this site, cease posting any content, and/or links to content, deemed offensive, objectionable, or in poor taste by the staff of Cyama.
8. It is strictly prohibited to send unsolicited commercial email, threatening or harassing e-mail, or large volumes of unsolicited e-mail to Cyama members.
9. You will not post or upload any copyrighted material, nor link to any copyrighted material (with the exception of publicly available sites and pages that the legal owners of the copyrights have created to make that material freely available to the general public), unless that copyright is owned by you or by this site.
10. We do not, and cannot moderate or prescreen all material uploaded or posted on this website. Such materials are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message or uploading the content. Cyama is not responsible for messages or content left by their users or content partners. If we become aware of inappropriate content or behavior, we will respond at our sole discretion.
11. Cyama is not the publisher or author of anything posted or uploaded by our users or content partners. This is a passive service for storage and dissemination of content that users post or upload. Cyama does reserve the right to remove or modify content or comments that infringe upon our community standards or content policy. Ethical and legal responsibility for the content uploaded or posted remains with the author/submitter.
12. You will not impersonate any person or entity. Nor will you forge headers or any other identifiers in order to disguise the origins of a posting or contribution or mislead anyone as to your identity.
13. You will not try to access any protected sections of the site, circumvent any blocks established by the site administrators or make use of any actions designed to bypass or modify the features of the sites software.
14. You will not use this website for the purposes of sharing or distributing viruses, licenses, registration information, software keys, "cracks," or other information designed to do harm to or allow unlawful access to any computer hardware, software, networks, or any other systems.
15. Continued abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Cyama reserves the right to terminate or deny your use of the site at any time without stated reason. Determination of whether there has been a violation of our Community Standards is at the sole discretion of the site’s administrators.
16. Cyama reserves the right (but is not obliged) to remove any post, content or media uploaded onto the site that violates this policy, or is deemed harmful to the sites members, content partners, investors, administrators or the business interests of the site.
17. Any redistribution of content, including by framing, data siphoning, or similar means, is expressly prohibited. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of this site for public or commercial purposes without express written permission from the copyright owner. Violations of this policy may be cause for account suspension as well as legal liability to the copyright holder.
18. To participate in this site you must be 13 years old or older. The fact that you are 13 years old or older does not automatically qualify you to become a member.
19. Cyama may modify this Community Standards and Content Policy at any given time without warning. It is the responsibility of the site membership to ensure that they read this policy, and abide by its rules and guidelines prior to uploading or posting any content.
SUBMISSIONS
By transmitting any Message or submitting creative ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, suggestions or materials (collectively, "Submissions"), you are automatically granting Cyama a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform or display such Submissions, in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology known or hereafter developed for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes (collectively, "Rights"). This means that anything submitted by you to Cyama will be owned by Cyama and may be used by Cyama for any purpose, now or in the future, without any payment to you. All Submissions, whether solicited or unsolicited, shall become and remain the property of Cyama. Cyama also has the right, but not the obligation, to use your name in connection with the broadcast, print, online, or other use or publication of your Submission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND DAMAGES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While Cyama uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, Cyama makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The information contained in or made available through the Site (including, but not limited to information contained on Message Features, audio files or text files) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, biblical, clergical or legal matters. The Operators assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Cyama and its respective affiliates make no representation that the materials contained in the Site are appropriate or authorized for use in all countries, states, provinces, county or any other jurisdictions. If you choose to access the Site, you do so on your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

CYAMA PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CORRECTLY SEQUENCED, RELIABLE OR TIMELY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS AND/OR VIRUSES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CYAMA AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OF THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. Links to and from the Site to other sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute an endorsement by Cyama or any affiliate of any third party site or content. The Operators are not responsible for the availability of these third party resources, or their contents. Cyama may have not reviewed any or all of the sites linked to the Site and are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to the Site, off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk and without the permission of Cyama. By clicking on any such link, you acknowledge that the Site has no control over, and makes no representations of any kind with respect to, such other sites or any content contained within such other sites, and you hereby revoke any claim against Cyama with respect to such other sites. INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Cyama and its' members, directors, officers, employees, and representatives harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Site, including, but not limited to use of any Message Feature; and (ii) any breach or alleged breach of these Terms of Service.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Cyama may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including the availability of any Site feature, database, or content. Cyama may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability at any time in Cyama’s exclusive discretion, without prejudice to any legal or equitable remedies available to Cyama, for any reason or purpose, including, but not limited to, conduct that Cyama believes violates these Terms of Service or other policies or guidelines posted on the Site or conduct which Cyama believes is harmful to other customers, to the Site's respective businesses, or to other information providers. Upon any termination of this agreement, you will immediately discontinue your use and access of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from it.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, proposals or communications with respect to the subject matter herein between you and Cyama. Cyama in their sole discretion may amend these Terms of Service, and your use of the Site after such amendment is posted on the Site will constitute acceptance of it by you. The section headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and must not be given any legal import. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
