Community Standards and Sanctions
We at Cyama are committed to keeping this community as a place of integrity. All individual members need to respect and abide by the overriding rules and regulations of their community or risk being excluded.
To ensure the security of our members, and to preserve the legal and moral fiber of the site, we have outlined activities below that breach our code of conduct and the sanctions that go with them.
We encourage members to flag inappropriate content and/or behavior. Inappropriate or spiteful flagging will not be tolerated and will result in action being taken against the perpetrator.
Cyama will act on cases it is made aware of, but is not obliged to take action. Cyama cannot accept responsibility for instances where infringements have not been dealt with in accordance to this policy.
Your posts, submissions, and comments are subjected to language filters designed to search out offensive words and terms.
In the event of Cyama taking formal action against you, you will be notified via email as to what this action is and how it affects your relationship with Cyama.

| Copyright infringement | Material will be removed and your account deleted. |
| Abuse of other members | Material will be removed and your account will be suspended for one week. |
| Posting or uploading inappropriate material | Material will be removed and your account suspended for one month. |
| Using someone else’s identity | Your account will be deleted. |
| Collecting and/or using information about other members | Your account will be suspended for one month. If you continue with this infringement your account will be deleted. |
| Sending out spam or bulk content | Your account will be suspended for one month. If you continue with this infringement your account will be deleted. |
| Using profanity, racism, bigotry etc. | Material will be removed. One formal warning followed by your account being suspended for one week for further infringements. |
| Inappropriate or spiteful flagging | One formal warning followed by your account being suspended for one week for further infringements. |
Should any member persist in perpetuating infringements, Cyama will delete their account. Cyama reserves the right to delete or remove any members account without warning at any time.
If you feel you have had disciplinary action taken against you unfairly, you have the right to appeal to the moderator board at cy@cyama.com. In hearing a case, their ultimate decision is final. In the case of account suspension or deletion, your account will not be reinstated until after the appeals process. A decision about an appeal can take up to ten days.
